Before you get started

How much can I earn?

Rates and payment terms are agreed for each project before collection. They depend on the task and the accepted deliverables.

Do I need to buy equipment?

Please don’t purchase equipment before speaking with us. We’ll agree on the capture setup, who supplies it and any associated costs as part of the pilot.

Will you help us get set up?

Typically we help collection partners set up and operationalise the process: agreeing the capture setup, showing your team what acceptable footage looks like, and working out how recording fits around your work.

What needs to be agreed before recording starts?

Site approval from whoever runs the space, and consent from everyone who appears on camera. We agree on what’s in frame, what’s off limits and how sensitive information is handled, before recording begins.

How do footage review and payment work?

The project agreement defines the acceptance criteria, review process, payment schedule and what happens if a recording does not meet the specification.
